Refund Policy

At CraftBlanks.in, operated by Kiddobee Innovations Private Limited, we want you to be happy with your craft blanks. This policy explains returns, replacements, and refunds.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged in transit or has a manufacturing defect, we offer a hassle-free replacement. Please email support@craftblanks.in within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging.

Replacements

Once your claim is approved, we will ship a replacement at no extra cost. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Returns

As our products are made-to-order craft blanks, we are unable to accept returns for reasons such as change of mind or ordering the wrong size. Please check product dimensions and material details carefully before ordering.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. The time taken for the amount to reflect depends on your bank or payment provider.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Situations Not Covered

We cannot offer replacements or refunds for minor variations in grain, colour, or finish that are natural to MDF, acrylic, and plywood, or for damage caused after delivery during crafting or use.
